Chantique Spa  is committed to providing all of our clients with exceptional care and services. When a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being seen.

We maintain a Twenty-four (24) hour cancellation policy at Chantique Spa. This means that if you need to cancel your appointment:

Please call us at (607) 441-9898  on the day prior to your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes or cancellations. To cancel a Tuesday appointment, please call our office by 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. If prior notification is not given, you will be charged twenty dollars ($20) or 50% of your service (s) which ever greater for late cancellation.

Clients who do not contact the spa and do not arrive for their appointment (No Show) will be charged full of the services missed. After a No-Show Appointment, you will be asked to prepay for all services when booking in the future.

To help enforce this policy you will be asked to provide credit card information for the spa to keep on file. This information is kept confidential and will only be used for cancellations and No Shows.  Chantique Spa understands that some individuals may not want to provide their credit card information. If you are uncomfortable with this you may choose to prepay for your services when booking your appointment.

Gift Certificate and Return Policy

1. Gift certificates expire 1 year after purchase.
2. Any gift certificates that are lost or stolen cannot be replaced.
3. Gift certificate purchased via phone will be mailed first class mail through USPS.
4. 24 hours cancellation notice is required or you will be subject to payment in full of the missed session. 
5. Gift certificates are nonrefundable.
6. For Party booking require 2 weeks for cancellation.
7. Booking Room charge for party are nonrefundable.
8. Prices are subject to change without notice.
9. All sales are final. 
10. Merchandise is exchange only.
11. No refunds.
